To adjust your email and SMS notifications from Nosres:
Go to the Nosres Account page.
Click Sign In.
On the left navigation panel, click Notifications.
Click Edit in the top right of the Notifications box.
Adjust what types of email or SMS notifications you want to receive.
Click Done in the top right of the Notifications box to save the changes.
