What is Nosres hiring process

Published Date: Nov 07, 2022 . Updated

Our hiring process is as follows:

  1. Job Application: You have submitted your online application via our careers page.

  2. Application Review: After you submit your application, our recruiting team will review it to find out whether you are a match for the position you have applied for. We may ask you to do an online assessment before the interviews, depending on the role you have applied for.

  3. Informal Interview: If we determine you have the qualifications needed to perform the job, you will have a short virtual chat over the phone or Skype with us before formal interviews. Also, we may ask you to complete small project work, including writing code, short essays, etc.

  4. Formal Interviews: If you pass the informal interview, we will invite you to interview at our office or via Skype to get to know you better. You may have up to three discussions in one day. As a result, we will get a chance to get to know you and vice versa.

Note: At this stage, we may conduct talent assessment and personality type quizzes to determine if you will fit into the culture of the team you are applying for. In addition, we may conduct a background check to verify the validity of your education, work history, experience, criminal record, and other activities from your past.

  1. Decision and Job Offer: After moving through all interview stages, we will spend time reviewing and assessing everything from the application to the last interview. And if we decide that you are the right candidate for the position, we will reach out to you via phone or email to announce our decision with a job offer.

  2. Onboarding: We are excited to have you in our family! As soon as you have made up your mind and accepted our offer, our onboarding team will reach out to you and guide you through salary, benefits, perks, badging, etc.
