Training and development are essential elements of the Nosres Recent Graduate Program. Therefore, we develop planned training and development activities to enable the recent graduates to acquire valuable hands-on experience, knowledge, and skills to complete the program with flying colors. The training and developmental activities include:
At least 40 hours of formal and interactive training during one year
Orientation program
Structured On-the-Job Training
Mentorship throughout the program
Training tracker to track training and development activities progress
