According to research, structured job interviews are more effective at predicting job performance than other interviews. Therefore, Nosres uses structured interviewing. We ask all candidates the same set of questions (including both behavioral and situational questions) in the same order for each position. In addition, we evaluate all candidates’ responses using the same rating scale.
